Made-to-Order items enter production once your order is placed. As every piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so we kindly ask that you choose carefully. Lead times are listed on each product page and vary by design and supplier.
In-stock items are typically dispatched from our Byron Bay warehouse within 3–5 business days.
Orders containing both Made-to-Order and In-Stock items will be dispatched together once all items are ready. To receive In-Stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
We ship internationally, with duties and taxes calculated and collected at the checkout to provide a seamless experience.
Made-to-Order items are non-refundable for change of mind. In-Stock items may be eligible for return or exchange if requested within 3 business days of delivery, subject to approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
