Founded by Sophie Marshall, Gentle Habits began in 2020 from a simple desire to slow down and create space between work and home. What started as a personal ritual of burning incense has grown into an Australian brand creating sensory products for moments of pause, reflection and connection.
From incense and perfume oils to ritual objects for the home, Gentle Habits encourages a more intentional relationship with the everyday, inspired by the Australian landscape and the simple rituals that help us feel grounded.
