Our commitment to quality extends well beyond the point of purchase, with a focus on repair wherever possible to preserve the life of each product, reduce unnecessary waste and support a more considered approach to ownership.
Repairs
Every Marz Designs light is individually checked and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault upon delivery, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and determine the most appropriate solution.
Over time, lighting may require repair due to accidental damage or the natural effects of long-term use. Wherever possible, we believe in repairing rather than replacing. This approach not only extends the life of each piece but also preserves the integrity of the original design and reduces unnecessary waste.
Many of the natural materials we work with—including stone, glass and timber—are inherently delicate and should be handled with care. Damage resulting from accidental impact, mishandling or normal wear over time is not considered a manufacturing fault but may be eligible for a repair or replacement quotation.
Every repair and warranty assessment also provides valuable insight into how our products perform over time, helping us continually refine our craftsmanship, enhance durability and inform future designs.

Care
Our lighting is crafted from premium natural materials selected for their unique character and enduring beauty. As with all finely crafted objects, these materials benefit from thoughtful handling and regular care.
Unexpected knocks or impacts may damage materials such as stone, glass and timber, causing chips, cracks or breakage. We recommend taking particular care during installation and whenever handling your light.

Warranty
Every Marz Designs lighting piece is created with exceptional care, using premium materials and considered craftsmanship to produce lighting that is made to last. With appropriate care and intended use, our products are designed to provide a lifetime of enjoyment.
All Marz Designs lighting products are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser. Please find more information here.
Should a manufacturing defect arise during the warranty period, Marz Designs will assess the product and, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. Wherever possible, we prioritise repair as the most sustainable solution, extending the life of the product while preserving the integrity of the original design.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, disassembly, modification, inadequate waterproofing of electrical connections or use outside the product's intended purpose. It also excludes normal wear and tear, environmental damage and consumable components.
The warranty applies only to Marz Designs products and does not extend to third-party components or non-Marz branded products, including LED lamps. Any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure of an LED lamp is excluded.
For products supplied by external brands, we may refer the item to the original manufacturer to determine the cause of the fault and the appropriate warranty outcome.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our team with your original invoice number or proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any freight or postage costs associated with returning products for warranty assessment.
