EU Order Withdrawal

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers who buy online have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel their order without giving a reason. For goods, this period runs for 14 days from the date you receive your delivery. If the deadline falls on a non-working day, it extends to the next working day.

To cancel, simply let us know within the 14-day window using the withdrawal option below. Once we receive your request, we'll confirm it in writing and process your refund.

How to cancel your order (withdrawal button)

In line with EU Directive 2023/2673, which applies to all stores shipping to EU consumers from 19 June 2026, you can start a cancellation directly from our website using our withdrawal function — no account login or phone call required.

The process takes two steps: submit your withdrawal request with your name and order details, then confirm it. You'll receive an automatic acknowledgement of your request by email as a record. This option is available throughout the full 14-day cooling-off period.

Returning your goods

After cancelling, please return your item in its original, unused condition — with tags and original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Under EU rules, the cost of return postage and packaging is the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to every product. Custom-made or clearly personalised items, for example, may be exempt. If an exemption applies to your order, we'll make this clear before you purchase.
