Orders containing both Made-to-Order and In-Stock items will be dispatched together once all items are ready. To receive In-Stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

We ship internationally, with duties and taxes calculated and collected at the checkout to provide a seamless experience.

Exchanges & Returns

Made-to-Order items are non-refundable for change of mind. In-Stock items may be eligible for return or exchange if requested within 3 business days of delivery, subject to approval. Made to Order

Made-to-Order items enter production once your order is placed. Our made-to-order approach is central to Marz Designs' commitment to sustainable manufacturing. Every Marz Lighting fixture is hand-assembled to order in our Byron Bay workshop, and by producing each piece only when it's needed, we minimise waste, avoid excess inventory, and reduce overproduction.

As every piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so we kindly ask that you choose carefully.
