Polaris Wall Light, Large, Tumbled Aluminium

Drawing from Brutalist architecture and the symbolism of the North Star, Polaris is a collection that embodies both origins, by fusing geometric form and celestial illumination to create a collection of metal wall and ceiling lights. 

The Polaris Wall Light, Large features two machined long metal lamp holders, a duo of tumbled brass or aluminium cubic shades stacked together to form a bi-directional wall light. The metal shade features linear perforations on the extruded star-shaped form, which sparkle when illuminated. 

Available in two additional sizes; Small and Medium, and offered in both Tumbled Brass or Aluminium.

220-280V: 4W 3000K 410lm LED | x 2 Lamp included

100-130V: 4.5W 3000K 450lm LED | x 2 Lamp included

The LED globes we supply are Dimmable and are compatible with most incandescent and LED dimmers.  

We recommend a trailing or leading-edge dimmer for our fixtures as they are 240V supply-controlled. 

Alternatively, a smart dimming system such as DALI, CBUS, or Dynalite can be used, but it will need to be paired with a dimming control in the system that accommodates a 240V supply.

Brass and Aluminium arrives raw with a tumbled finish. It may show small signs of patination and fingerprints, but these should be slight. We do not consider slight marks to be defects. Then as time goes on, the brass and aluminium will become dull and darken, and marks may start to show. Sometimes this can be accelerated in wet or damp environments.

Lights are machined from solid brass and aluminium which will naturally patina over time.
