Refund Policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You need to contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the items.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) or products that have been installed and used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note, only Stocked items can be exchanged. Please contact us for more information on Made to order / Pre-order items.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the total amount (excluding shipping and credit card charges) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@marzdesigns.com.


Made-to-order / Pre-order items
Please choose carefully, as these pieces are made to order, and we do not provide refunds on these products if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
If a return is agreed upon between both parties, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you would like to arrange a refund, you need to contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the items.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If items are not packed well and incur damage in transit back to Marz Designs, all costs will be directed to you and payment must be fulfilled within 48 hours from notification. The shipping cost to return the goods is also your responsibility.
Please note, installed lights will not be accepted for return unless due to a manufacturing fault. Do not install lights if you intend to make a returns claim upon receipt.
Do not attempt to fix or alter your light before applying for a refund as goods that have been tampered with will not be accepted.
Refunds for dissatisfaction with the colour, grain, veining or texture of wood, ceramic and marble because of natural variations over which Marz Designs has no control, will not be accepted. The presence of such irregularities and subtle imperfections is evidence of the handmade. This must be accepted before the Sale is processed.


Refunds & returns for Stocked items
If you would like to arrange a refund, you need to contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the items.
