Winter Sale

Shop 15% off site-wide sale on from Wednesday 10 June 1.00am AEST until Sunday 30 June 11:59pm AEST while stocks last and/or unless otherwise withdrawn or extended. Discount automatically applied at checkout. No code required, 15% off will be applied to the retail prices shown on the site.

Standard lead times apply. Please check the lead time on the relevant product page before placing your order. Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively, the offer cannot be applied to previously purchased items. Marz Designs reserves the right to exclude items from sale and/or remove products during the Sale period. Sale Returns Policy applies, please see for full terms of service.

As per the terms and conditions of Marz Designs, refunds will not be granted on purchases made during a flash sale or on already reduced items. Store credits will be issued for any change of mind purchase, unless the product is deemed faulty.



We will gladly replace an item if it is faulty; please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item at If you wish to exchange or return a product, we must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your item, and the item must be returned within 30 days. 
Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, with original packaging, tags and packaged appropriately. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. 


Made-to-order / Pre-order items

Please choose carefully, as these pieces are made to order, and we do not provide refunds on these products if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Please note, installed lights will not be accepted for return unless due to a manufacturing fault. Do not install lights if you intend to make a returns claim upon receipt.
Refunds for dissatisfaction with the colour, grain, veining or texture of wood, ceramic and marble because of natural variations over which Marz Designs has no control, will not be accepted. The presence of such irregularities and subtle imperfections is evidence of the handmade and/or of a natural product. This must be accepted before the Sale is processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You need to contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the items.

Solid brass

Lights are machined from solid brass which will naturally patina over time. Brushed brass arrives with a bright brushed finish. It may show small signs of patination and fingerprints, but these should be slight. We do not consider slight marks on arrival to be defects. 

As time goes on, the brass will become dull and darken, and marks may start to show. Sometimes this can be accelerated in wet or damp environments.

This is a naturally occurring patina often referred to as a 'living finish' so we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on brass products that have the effects of slight patina on arrival. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on any sale items, or custom orders; these are final sales.

Shipping preferences

Given the price of many of our items and the investment made, please note that Marz Designs sends all parcels with “signature on delivery” selected. If you, the customer request a Safe Drop or Authority to Leave with the carrier, please understand that Marz Designs is not liable if your parcel has not been received as we need to send it with  “signature on delivery” to ensure the safest method of delivery.
As our orders are sent out with “signature on delivery” we ask that the shipping address you nominate please be one where there will be someone to sign for the packages. For example, use a work address instead of a home address if you work during the day.
