Frequently asked questions

FRAMA is a multi-disciplinary design brand that creates lifestyle objects to inspire the senses and encourage mindful living. With an emphasis on natural materials, simple geometries, and uncompromising quality, FRAMA’s work connects the imaginative with the practical, resulting in a uniquely warm and honest aesthetic. All of FRAMA’s work—from unique home fragrances to the complete architectural design of a restaurant interior— is directly informed by the convergence and interplay of four primary experiential influences: travel, nature, spaces, and stories.

When an item is labelled as "Pre-Order" it means that this item is not made yet and the production time depends on the complexity of the design and quantity ordered. In other words, the item is put into production when you pre-order an item.

When you purchase both items, you will have to wait until the production of the Pre-Order item is fully finished. If you would like to receive your In-Stock items in advance of the Pre-Order items we recommend purchasing Pre-Orders and In-Stock items separately.

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been collected by one of our Shipping partners to notify you that it's on its way.

You can track the progress of shipment by clicking the link in the Tracking email or by entering your order or tracking number directly on the Shipping Carriers tracking page.

These are made to order so please choose carefully. Unfortunately for this reason we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. Production commences as soon as the order is confirmed. This allows us to take a more ethical and sustainable approach reducing the risk of excess unwanted stock and overproduction.
